The biggest difference working for Holt is we’re definitely a close-knit family team. We have open communication and Holt doesn’t hold us back in making sure customers succeed. Working for Holt is an adventure. Every day is different and I like the challenge. Sometimes you see things you’ve never seen before, like the time a customer came in needing parts for his 1930s Allis-Chalmers tractor. I was able to learn something new about an older tractor all while helping the customer get what he needed.
